In the event of an emergency, please call our office number, 781-631-8881, and our answering service will page the "on-call" veterinarian. If you should call after 9:00 PM you will be instructed by our answering service on other emergency locations to call. For more details, please see our "emergency service" page of our web site.
Appointment and Patient Policy
We operate primarily by scheduled appointment. However, emergency situations will always receive top priority. In the event of an emergency, a scheduled appointment delay is inevitable.
For your protection, and that of others, dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in our waiting area. Cats must either be on a leash or presented in a cat carrier.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit cards, cash and personal checks.
